We strive to make the financial aspects of therapy as clear and straightforward as possible. The information below outlines our current fees, accepted payment methods, and insurance options.

Counseling Fees

  • Initial Intake Assessment: $175

  • Individual Therapy: $150

Insurance Accepted

We are an in-network provider with:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

Note: We do not accept Medicaid/Medicare plans.

We only file primary insurances.

  • HSA/FSA

  • Cash (for in-person clients)

Reduced Fee Options

Here at Abiding Springs, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. To help make therapy more accessible, a limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for clients who qualify, based on financial need. Please inquire about current availability.
