Depression has a way of making everything feel heavier. It can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, the people you love, and the things that once brought you joy. Some days, just getting through the day may feel like more than enough.
You don't have to carry that weight by yourself. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without feeling like you have to pretend everything is okay. Together, we'll gently explore your story, make sense of what you're experiencing, and move toward healing at a pace that honors where you are. Even if hope feels far away today, we'll look for it together until you begin to see glimpses of light again.

This work is especially close to my heart because infertility and pregnancy loss are sorrows that I know all too well. I truly understand how important it is to have a space where your grief doesn't need to be explained, minimized, or rushed.
Infertility and pregnancy loss are deeply personal journeys that often leave women feeling isolated in their grief. The longing, the waiting, the unanswered questions, and the heartbreak can be overwhelming. Sometimes the hardest part is feeling like the world keeps moving while your own has come to a standstill.
Whether you're navigating infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, or the complex emotions that often follow these experiences, I will walk alongside you with compassion and care. Together, we'll honor your story, make room for every emotion, and gently move toward hope as you carry both your love and your loss, trusting that even in this season, hope can begin to spring forth again.

Living with chronic pain or a chronic illness affects so much more than your physical health. Along with the physical challenges, you may be grieving the loss of your health, your independence, changes in your relationships, your goals and dreams, or the life you expected to have. It can feel incredibly isolating when others don't fully understand what you're carrying.
Having lived with chronic pain for over 20 years of my life, I understand that healing isn't always about changing your diagnosis. Sometimes it's about learning how to navigate life with greater compassion for yourself, while making space for both the difficult emotions and the moments of hope. You are so much more than your limitations!
Together, we'll create space for the emotions that often accompany chronic pain and illness, strengthen tools to help you cope, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that you thought illness had taken away. My hope is that you'll discover that even in the midst of difficult circumstances, healing, purpose, and hope are still possible.

For many people, faith can be a great source of strength, comfort, and hope. For others, painful experiences within churches, religious communities, or harmful spiritual messages may have left wounds that are difficult to talk about. You may find yourself carrying shame or disappointment, or even wrestling with questions about your faith, trust, self-worth, or wondering where God is in the middle of your pain. While my faith is an important part of my life, I understand both the beauty of healthy spirituality and the hurt that can come when faith is misused.
For those who desire to integrate faith into counseling, I believe therapy offers a sacred space where God can work, restore, and renew. While therapy provides practical tools and compassionate support, I believe true healing ultimately comes from God, who meets us with His faithful presence every step of the journey.
Whether you're holding tightly to your faith, questioning what you believe, or unsure what spirituality looks like for you now, this is a space where your story will be treated with compassion and respect. Together, we'll explore your experiences without pressure or judgment as you move toward healing and wholeness, wherever your journey leads.

Anxiety can make it feel like your mind never gets a chance to rest. You may find yourself constantly overthinking, replaying conversations, expecting the worst, carrying the weight of everyone else's needs, or feeling guilty for slowing down. Even when you're exhausted, slowing down can feel almost impossible. Over time, living in survival mode can leave you exhausted, disconnected, and wondering if peace is even possible.
Together, we'll create space to understand what's fueling your anxiety, while developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded and present. We'll work toward the goals that matter most to you, to help you experience the freedom that comes from no longer allowing anxiety to define how you live your life.

Grief doesn't only come with the death of someone we love. We also grieve the end of relationships, changes in our health, shifts in our identity, unfulfilled dreams, and seasons of life that don't unfold the way we hoped they would. Seasons like retirement, becoming an empty nester, divorce, or any other significant life transition major life changes can leave us feeling like the ground beneath us has shifted.
You don't have to find your footing alone. Abiding Springs offers a compassionate space where you can process your loss, navigate the changes you're experiencing, and move forward at your own pace. Together, we'll honor what has been while making room for what is still to come, trusting that hope and healing can emerge even in life's most difficult seasons.

Trauma has a way of lingering long after the experience itself has ended. The effects of painful experiences often reach far beyond the moment they occurred, influencing the way you see yourself, others, and the world around you. Trauma can affect every part of life, making it difficult to feel safe, trust others, or simply find peace in the present moment.
Healing isn't about erasing the past, it's about learning to live beyond its grip. In therapy, we'll create a safe, supportive space where you can process your story at your own pace, helping you move toward healing, renewed hope, and a deeper sense of peace.

Caregiving is often one of the greatest expressions of love, but it can also be incredibly overwhelming. Whether you're caring for aging parents, a spouse, a child, or someone living with a chronic illness, you may find yourself pouring so much into others that there's very little left for yourself.
Many caregivers quietly carry feelings of exhaustion, guilt, frustration, resentment, and even grief, while believing they have to keep it all together. Therapy offers a place where you don't have to be the strong one. This is a place where you can be seen, heard, and supported, too. Together, we'll process the emotional weight you're carrying, explore healthy boundaries, and help you find ways to care for yourself while continuing to care for those depending on you, because caring for yourself matters, too.
